Left over slabs of pork from yesterday's roast. Super post-gym food.

Chorizo and manchego baguette with marinated red peppers, pickles, salad leaves and ranch dressing. That was yesterday's lunch - tonight it was conchiglie with pancetta, leeks and mushrooms with creme fraiche.

In terms of 'used to be skinny-hardcore-vegetarian, but now eats meat twice a day' or 'just casually mentioning that I go to the gym don't you know'?

Both, really. Pork marginally outshines chicken in terms of protein content, and spanks beef in terms of protein to fat ratio. Realistically, anyone trying to build muscle will eat a bit of everything or get sick of their chosen meat very quickly.

I can't get enough of seafood. I'm going for sushi at the weekend, I can't wait.

Just had a ginsters bbq beef wrap, a hot peparami. Lunch break's over. Back to the bar.

Home-made banana, cinnamon & rum ice cream in a waffle cone. I could probably sell this to the kids hanging around the park by my house, but it's far too good for them.

I feel I must compete unnecessarily with Alan in the weird eating stakes. The following is a bunch of various flavours that probably don't qualify as good food in anyone's book, save for mine. Chicken breast, oven cooked with seasalt, black pepper, cayenne and a tiny bit of milled clove Butter squash and potato mash with butter. Chunks of Roquefort blue cheese. Reggay reggay sauce Sharwoods Plum sauce This one is odd as it's spicy, sweet or salty and nearly always aromatic depending on which condiment you're eating with at the time. Plus, it's fucking killer if you're drunk on vodka or have it with something odd like a sweet martini. (both in my case at this time)
