Got a big lamb roast in the oven. 3 hour slow cook.
How long before the end of the 3 hours do I pop a couple of onions in?

New Walkers crisps: Crispy Duck and Hoisin (not bad) and Chilli and Chocolate (weird!)

I wasn't keen on those Crispy Duck and Hoisin crisps. Cajun Squirrel ones rule. Haven't tried the Chilli & Chocolate ones yet, I must admit I haven't got high hopes.

Haven't seen the Cajun Squirrel ones yet! The others I've seen are Onion Bhaji flavour, which strikes me as probably decent tasting, but unexciting.

Got it in one there dude. You can aslo get Builders Breakfast and Fish and Chips, which fit into the same category.

I think that the chilli and chocolate one should work pretty well if done right, tbh. The use of cacao in cooking is more for spicy foods to give it a richer flavour. The use of non-milk-solid chocolate in chilli dishes is fairly common. There's a book out about how to cook with cacao if I'm not mistaken..
