Thats a shame. That venues restrict people supporting the local metal scene by attending gigs, just because of age. Yeah it sucks but it is a pub and its not my licence and name on the door and the £5,000 fine that 'can' come with it.  When I when the lottery things will be better. It's not as if she's drinking alcohol at all. It's a gig that shes under the responsibility of both her parents. I don't really see any problem. |

It sucks, but the venue have a strict underage policy, so that they have to worry less about police catching underage people in there. If any are in there it's our responsibility, and if we were to get caught with underage people in there (let alone drinking) we'd lose the venue.
