Gotcha! Either way, it's good! It's nice to hear people who realise there is a bit more grimnity to us... I'm pretty fucking sick of being told we sound like My Dying Bride!

I guess it's better than sounding like Nile.

I ought to actually say hello to you one of these times. You buggered off before I could say hello!

Although it was good to see all of you guys I'm getting increasingly frustrated by not being able to talk to anyone at Reanimator anymore! Case in point, I must have spoken to Rich, Eiren, NNNick, Chris and Neil for about 2 minutes between them tops, I didn't see Dan at all apart from when we were setting up and I only spoke to the likes of Wayne and Tom before the doors opened. Being busy sucks. Sorry!
For me Blood Island Raiders were the band of the night, but everyone put in great performances. I wanted to say that thanks to people who came even though they didn't know / really like most of the bands - that shows either a decent amount of faith in us or utter desperation on a Saturday night. Either way - result!

Always the way Luke, busy and stressful doing it, but oddly so satisfying at the same time, you'd miss it if it was gone believe me! (I do!)

It's okay Luke, having done this kind of thing before - I totally know what its like. Perhaps a piss up one day is in order?

Yeah I dont like the fact that im a organiser I cant go chat to my mates, but then atleast I see them having a good time, so it is worth it in the end.
So its a reward in somekind of way.

Thanks Luke for putting on a seriously well run and promoted gig and for being a top bloke. It's really rare when independent promoters put on gigs as well as you do! We had a great time, and it's a real shit we had to get off so early, I felt like death and was pretty much overheated and dehydrated (I was the dodgy drummer that can't play a 4 piece kit!) I really wanted to hang around and check out the other bands. Anyway thanks again and major praise to Luke, a true metal professional!!!
Cheers, Neil Eternal Torment

Thanks for the kind words Neil! A couple of the guys from Blood Island Raiders said they felt really overheated and dehydrated as well... hot as hell onstage by all accounts. Thanks for coming such a long way and playing a great set - really its guys like you who are happy to drive miles and play for petrol money to a crowd who don't know you that make stuff like this work. Thats true metal spirit!
It was great to meet you in person and see yoiu play, and I hope we can see you guys in Birmingham again sometime soon!
