OK, so this is slightly old news but I'm pleased to hear that Scott's on board. Here's what he had to say recently...
It’s set in 2085, about 30 years before Sigourney [Weaver's character Ellen Ripley]. It’s fundamentally about going out to find out ‘Who the hell was that Space Jockey?’ The guy who was sitting in the chair in the alien vehicle — there was a giant fellow sitting in a seat on what looked to be either a piece of technology or an astronomer’s chair. … [The film] is about the discussion of terraforming — taking planets and planetoids and balls of earth and trying to terraform, seed them with the possibilities of future life.
I only ever feel confident about new film or music releases being bad.
Actually this isn't strictly true, since I'm totally shitting myself over the forth coming Grand Magus release. I do consider it a safe bet, since Iron Will would have been my favourite release of 2008 by a country fucking mile if it wasn't for that Greek lot.
I unnecessarily made scrubs sound bad in that joke post. To be honest, I watched Scrubs enough when it was on, and I generally like Zach Braff too. Just being hypocritical for the sake of humour really.
