Soft sprouts are horrible, I cook them for about 5 mins max. Not too bad raw either.

Soft sprouts are horrible, I cook them for about 5 mins max. Agreed. That is, if I'm not too drunk. ;D Also have a massive amount of love for pigs in blankets, roast parsnips, roast potatoes, roast carrots - hell, I'll even roast the sprouts if I get half a chance. |

Picked up a cheap guinea fowl yesterday from sainsburys to add to the roast boar fest tomorrow. Bring on the game!

I hope everyone had at the very least a bearable christmas day. I for one had a lovely day, with lots of food, booze, presents and very good company. I burned the parsnips and carrots, but that wasn't an especially big deal. I didn't roast the sprouts in the end. Now I feel like I'm the size of a house  |
