We're just finalising the lineup for this one, but thought I'd give you the heads up.... First up, ANOXIA - those of you who came to see Diamanthian at Reanimator in Feb 07 will remember these guys and their dirty, old school DM / grind... Their new stuff is better than ever, 90s style grind in the style of old masters like Napalm Death, Nailbomb, Repulsion... nasty stuff. Next we're very proud to host SORROWFALL as part of their first ever UK tour. All the way from Belfast these guys have been building a stellar reputation with their savage and epic black thrash attack. Check them out at www.myspace.com/sorrowfallHeadlining are Birminghams own SARPANITUM. No introduction is needed for these purveyors of brutal death metal. www.myspace.com/sarpanitumWe'll also have a fourth band on the bill - we're confirming them as we speak. The venue has changed from the Bristol Pear to the Carpenters Arms in Digbeth. Its about 15 minutes walk from New Street and about 5 minutes from the old Market Tavern. The address is: The Carpenters Arms Adelaide St Digbeth Birmingham West Midlands B12 0SH I'll post a map on a seperate post in just a second.

Yeah note the venue change and basically dont do a Paul Fulda and think Impaled are playing at the Bristol Pear instead of the Flapper.

I'll give that one a miss sorry! Good luck with it! Could always try and get to Oberhausen for Kill, Drowned and Grave Miasma instead. There is a possibility of getting a flight to Dusseldorf and back for around £42.84 overall if you fly from Stansted. I would love to, but I'm skint at the moment mate, and I'm saving for Dutch Doom Day!

The venues about 15 mins walk from the town centre and about 5 minutes walk from the old Market Tavern. I'll put a map up here in a bit. We've never done a show there before, but the setup we've talked about should be excellent. Providing it all works out, and the turnout is ok, then hopefully we'll have some future shows there. Lineup-wise Sorrowfall are coming over from Ireland for the first time ever, which hopefully will be something special... we're excited to have Anoxia back, these guys have really come on since we had them up here last year as anyone who saw them a couple of weeks ago will testify, they're got much more of an old school, 90's style grind vibe going... Sarpanitum should need no introduction.

Hmm, damn.
I really want to go to this one but to get back to Redditch from that place seems impossible.
Is there any way I can get the last train back after the main band finishes, without getting a taxi from the place back to New Street and then jumping on the train?

At worst you prolly can crash at mine. Im sure Ad will need to once he finds out about the gig but it depends if Laura makes him go to Snubculture again.

Yo Pove, cheers for that mate but it wouldn't really be an option for me due to sunday commitments I have.
If i get a fair few mates from Redditch to go maybe a taxi might be an option, I'll have to see.

So, when are we up to play? :-) I think it's gotta be about time over the next couple of months, eh what? Shame this one is too near my missus' due date for our little 'un.. It'd be good to see chops and the lads on stage again.
