I have been perusing the published playlists since Reanimators inception, and have discovered the following facts.
The Top 12 Most Played Bands
1. Megadeth 2. Impaled - Exodus 3. Anthrax - Sepultura 4. Engorged - Obituary 5. Testament - Metallica - Lord Gore - Ghoul - Amon Amarth
All very interesting. DJ's, a round of applause from your fans and a pat on the back from each other.
The Top 13 Most Played Songs
1. Ultra Vomit - I Like To Vomit
A clear winner. The following 12 were joint second and are in no particular order other than alphabetical.
2. Detonation - The Prophecy Unfolds - Engorged - Werewolf Militia - Ghoul - Numbskull - Goathorn - Rotten Roll - Impaled - We Belong Dead - Lord Gore - Morgue Whore - Manowar - Metal Warriors - Municipal Waste - Mind Eraser - Naglfar - I Am Vengeance - Nuclear Assault - Hang The Pope - Obituary - Chopped In Half - Sepultura - Troops Of Doom
If there was a Ministry Of Sound style club CD, "The Best Of Reanimator Extreme Metal" this would be a track listing I would be interested in. Embarrassingly I am only consciously aware of 3 of these songs.
Please remember there is a 5% error factor due to missing song data or DJ's not remembering which song they played. D'oh!

HAHAH pretty intresting, I would of thought Bodom would of been in the top 12 tbh quite a few of us play it, and the obviously basied choices of Exodus and Engorged come from 2 of the dj's no names mentioned..... *ahem* Im quite suprised about Metallica, I think ive only ever heard it twice (I played whiplash for my birthday and charlotte played that kick ass meledy on),but yeah the results could be of error or more Metallica was played before i went to Reanimator. I dont have a clue really what i played on my birthday at all. Nice work Neil you get a cookie when i see you next

Metallica has been played on several occasions, classics off Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning and Kill Em All have all had an airing (and not just in that medley I played).
I am surprised and amused by I Like To Vomit being the most played Reanimator tune. It's a personal favourite, though back when I was DJing I don't think I ever played it myself.

I guess cause most of there songs are'nt to long you dont remember it, unlike when Nick plays a 10 minute epic?

Actually, I have played I Like To Vomit. Silly girl for forgetting that.
It's quite interesting, in a nerdy way, to look back at what has been played.

One of the reasons why bands in the Most Played list are not represented in the Most Played Songs is the variety of songs by, for example, Metallica and Anthrax that get played. As opposed to, say, Lord Ghoul.

Lord Ghoul? Methinks you are mixing up Lord Gore and Ghoul there.
