Totally chaotic night from start to finish. We went for a curry after with Nocturnal, Acral Necrosis and Salute that was utter mayhem... total alcoholic explosion...
Thanks everyone for coming out. I had an awesome time and I hope everyone else did... the lineup change was actually at Nocturnal's request as they were uneasy with the headline slot (I think they wanted to drink more) Thanks also to all the guys from the bands for being such a great bunch of guys.
Killer performances all round although I missed Salute. I feel horrible today... aaarrrgh.

Great night last night - thanks for putting it on.
I'm still half deaf - think that I'll have to start wearing ear plugs for the more brutal bands. Pity Nocturnal had no CD's for sale - reckon they could have sold a few.
I be posting some pics on MySpace later - I 'll put links up here. when I do.
I finally managed drag Chop away from Serpent Cults drummer (single drum stick in hand), pour him into the car, find some chocolate (had to be Galaxy) at midnight, drove him home and then decanted him into the tender mercies of his loving wife. I believe his kids woke him about 6ish this morning - ha ha.

good night again, salute and serpentcult were the highlights for me, especially serpentcult's instrumental slowed down to buggery section which was heavy as fuck. thought nocturnal were average to boring. I agree entirely with that. Serpentcult had an amazing first couple of songs that I thought were Neurosis-esque, and then it went more stoner-rock, but they were still good. Salute were ace; the band I expected the least from and they were great. I saw one of them chatting to the guys from Nocturnal and lost count of the amount of times "OLD SCHOOL!" was shouted ;D |

Absolutely brilliant gig. One of the best Reanimators you've put on. Salute and Serpent Cult were the highlights for me.
I still need to pick up my bag of purchases off Pove, sometime.
