Good idea, I totally forgot about The One! What's happening with the new album, J sent me a finished track from it a year ago now!

I was told there were some label hold ups, but this has been more than a hold up!

Spoke to J and The One himself recently, both said the album will be out October-November time! The 7 inch is excellent, very highly recommended.

Oct-Nov will be a good month for black metal then! The one track I heard was seriously pant shittingly good!

Winterfylleth would be a good addition to this kinda bill. Was tempted to ask Si about putting them on in Brum in the New Year anyway, but my track record for gigs I've been planning is...well, poor. Haha.

Actually I don't think they play live do they? I can't imagine they'd have the right "feel" to be honest, with the emo hair and all that...

I don't know, I was under the impression that the intention to play live at some stage was there but don't know how soon. As far the hair, I only know Si, but the Atavist guys I can't recall what they look like.

That is a perfect lego man haircut hahaha. Can he swap it for a different one?

Haha!
I guess it doesn't really matter, but I think black metal needs a certain "aura" about it to be pulled off live, and image is a part of that. It would be hard not to assosicate black metal with lego man hair with whiney poseurs who cut themselves for attention (in my mind at least). Not that I'm calling this guy a poseur, he obviously knows his black metal.
