Ok dudes. Looks like I will be doing some gigs this year after all. I've just confirmed a venue for 2 gigs: one midweek in August, and one at the start of September. Both are gigs that friends of mine have asked me to put on, and feature bands that I am dead keen on. More details on those shortly.
After that, and if those go well, I'm thinking about maybe booking a final gig around November - December time that would officially be the last Reanimator show. When I first took time off gigs it was due to other pressures in my life but I have to say being out of the loop and the resultant stresses and financial pressures has been fantastic and I'm not keen to go back into that. I'd like to finish with something really good and then draw a line under things... but we'll see I guess.
I see no reason not to keep the board going regardless and I hope no matter what we (Reanimator) will leave a decent legacy in the minds of a chosen few.
