Not seen that, mate. I'll check it out though, I feel like watching some cool films.

I watched Traffic the other night. Very good film. I really like films that have more than one story that end up intertwining with each other. Also, it's got Benicio del Toro and he's just fucking cool. You might of watched it, as it was on the other day but www.imdb.com/title/tt0443274/ - Vantage Point

21 grams is indeed pretty good. Somehow Sean Penn ends up in a lot of good films; I despise him, but he's a very good actor, if far too 'worthy' sometimes. I think his standout performance that I've seen is in Carlito's Way.

Yeah, that's a superb film. One of my favourite Pacino movies.
Just watched Breakfast at Tiffanys, thought it was pretty good.

I have recently been watching copious amounts of Beavis and Butthead. Fartknocker.

I have recently been watching copious amounts of Beavis and Butthead. Fartknocker. I love the skit where they're all in a Colosseum watching the monster trucks and the one knocks over the portaloos, thus angering the god of faeces. Genius.

I watched a BBC Wales programme on i-player about a musician from near where I grew up who is virtually unknown in this country but is absolutely massive in India of all places. Quite interesting, and made me smile hearing all the Welsh accents.

I watched - and was bored by - Let the Right One In.

You're the first other person I know who was also bored by it. I was all prepared to be blown away, following the reviews I heard, but it was just so wimpy and uninteresting.

Let the Right One In is great. If you go into it thinking its a vampire film or a horror film at all, you will be let down.

I watched Vertigo last night. Now that was great.

Great film. I feel that it was perfect about two thirds of the way in, and should have stopped at the obvious point. I thought the remaining plot was a little convoluted, but the ending is so good it makes up for it.
Just watched Any Given Sunday. I love that film, in a totally meat-head way.

I watched a fair bit of The Green Mile last night. It was worse than I remembered. Usual Tom Hanks cliche tearjerker attempt.

So I watched 21 Grams last night. Must admit for the first twenty minutes or so I wasn't entirely sure what was happening but once I sorted that out I really enjoyed it. Three cracking lead performances too, in particular from Sean Penn.
